Build the course yourself
You put together the training content in Stafio without an external LMS — the way that makes sense for your company.

A test that grades itself
Evaluation runs automatically, so nobody has to mark tests by hand.
- Single and multiple choice questions or free text

A certificate once completed
The certificate is created automatically, right where you need it — on the worker record.
- After a successful test the system issues a PDF certificate
- It emails it and stores it in the worker records
- Validity relative (e.g. one year) or to a fixed date
Validity checks and shift blocking
An expired training no longer becomes a problem only when someone is already standing on site.
- The system reminds you before validity ends
- No valid certificate, no shift that requires it
- The check runs when the shift is filled
Everything on the phone
Workers can complete training from anywhere, without installing anything or looking for login details.
- Workers find training and tests in the app
- Or get there straight from an email or SMS without logging in
- Afterwards they review what they got right and wrong
Questionnaires without grading
Use the same tool for surveys among workers, not just for certification tests.
